The Veitchi Group  is one of  the largest construction industry subcontractors in Scotland.  Matrix delivered a leadership development programme for the Divisional Directors and key managers. The programme involved a mix of workshops, profiling and individual coaching. Each of the participants carried out an individual project which allowed them to develop their leadership skills  within their role. The Programme developed the skills and confidence of individual directors and managers. The company benefitted from more effective leadership, improved succession management and the introduction of a number of business improvements.
